Chocolate Sour Cream Cake

     Jane Fry, Elk Falls, Ks

Cake:

1 chocolate cake mix

1 cup Tofutti sour cream

1 1/3 cup water

3 eggs

Prepare cake with above ingredients, Bake a stated on box. Cool and cut into four layers.

Filling:

1 cup creamy peanut butter               1 cup Tofutti sour cream

2 cups powder sugar                          1 (16 oz.) lite whipped

                                                             topping

Beat peanut butter and powder sugar one minute. Add sour cream and whipped topping on low speed until well blended. Place first layer of cake on plate and place four large dollops of filling on cake and spread to edge. Repeat layers ending on of final cake layer. Store in the refrigerator.
